White Sage and Palo Santo Bundle!

How to use: light the thick end of the sage, once it starts to smoke you can blow out the fire and cleanse your space with it! Let the smoke fill your space. Once you’re done with your sage extinguish the flame by pressing the end of the sage stick into a fireproof bowl, dish, or shell. 

Palo Santo is used to cleanse negative energies, heal someone physically and spiritually, improve focus, communicate with the divine, and release stress! 

How to use:Light a palo santo stick with a candle, lighter, or match. Hold the stick downward at a 45-degree angle, let the stick burn for 30 seconds. Blow out the flame. Place the stick in a heatproof dish to let it burn. Once finished gently press the glowing end into a fireproof dish or bowl with sand until the ember is extinguished.
